El Lechazo is a celebration of contemporary Spanish cuisine with a fusion flair. Specialty dishes contain our star meet, Lechazo which is baby lamb that only feeds on its mother milk, and is prepared and cooked in a traditional wooden stove. Cooking the baby lamb this way allows for an array of flavors and meat tenderness you have only dreamt of.
